Mr. Lezama graduated from the University of the West Indies in 1979 with a BSc in Civil Engineering. Mr. Lezama is a Fellow of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago, a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a Registered Engineer (#04-110) with the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago.
Como candidato de la Asociación de Ingenieros Profesionales de Trinidad y Tobago, el Ingeniero Lezama cumplió dos términos (2013-2019) como miembro de la Junta de Ingeniería de Trinidad y Tobago. Mr. Webber graduated from the University of the West Indies in 2008 with a BSc in Civil Engineering and also holds a MSc in Civil Engineering. Es miembro de la Asociación de Ingenieros Profesionales de Trinidad y Tobago y un Ingeniero Registrado (#04-1486) con la Junta de Ingeniería de Trinidad y Tobago. Después de unirse a CEAL en 2008 ha adquirido considerable experiencia en diseños de ingeniería y supervisión de la construcción en una amplia y compleja gama de proyectos de ingeniería. Habiendo demostrado su promesa en su desarrollo profesional y demostrando un alto nivel de competencia de ingeniería, liderazgo y capacidad de gestión en la empresa, el Sr. Webber fue nombrado Director de la Compañía en 2012. En 2020 el Consejo de Administración nombró al Sr. Webber como Director Gerente de la compañía con efecto a partir de agosto de 2020 para tener éxito al Sr. Lezama, que ocupó el cargo durante los últimos 26 años, y para guiar el crecimiento y desarrollo futuro de la Compañía.

Magda Lezama graduated from the University of the West Indies in 1980 with a BSc in Civil Engineering and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering Studies from Sheffield City Polytechnic, UK (1992), a MSc in Construction from Sheffield Hallam University, UK (1996) and training in
Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS). Ms. Lezama is a Chartered Civil Engineer (UK), a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK) and a Fellow of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago. Engineer Lezama specializes in planning and infrastructure development with emphasis on investigation, design and construction of drainage schemes including Flood Risk Management and the use of hydraulic modeling tools for drainage design.
